10. Atomic Samurai
Kamikaze (カミカゼ, Kamikaze), better known by his hero alias Atomic Samurai is the S-Class Rank 4 professional hero of the Hero Association. He is recognized as one of its most powerful heroes. He is a swordmaster and a member of the Council of Swordmasters.
Atomic Samurai has fought many powerful dragons level villains and came out unscathed in most cases. He is such an extremely formidable swordsman that legend even says that he can cut down over 100 enemies with each strike. His sword attacks are so fast and strong that the enemies are slashed into many pieces in an instant without even being able to react. He was also able to cut a monster to bits using a mere toothpick. In addition, Atomic Samurai was able to partially cut off Black Sperm’s body without causing the monster to duplicate using the blunted edge of his sword, while also pummeling him to death.
9. Silver Fang
Bang also known by his hero alias Silver Fang is a professional hero, a martial arts master, and the creator and teacher of Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist. He is the 3rd highest ranked S-Class hero of the Hero Association.
Bang possesses a vast knowledge of martial arts and, as a result, was able to create his own martial art. He is considered to be the “Greatest Treasure of Martial Arts”. His immense skill “Water Stream Rock Smashing Hit” has helped him get throughs most opponents with ease.
8. Elder Centipede
Elder Centipede was a Dragon- level executive member of the Monster Association and one of the largest monster in the series. Due to his enormous size, Elder Centipede possessed immense strength as he was able to level an entire city just by passing through it and tunnel through the ground with ease. Elder Centipede owns incredible endurance, being able to easily fight off multiple S-Class heroes with ease while enduring their attacks without much damage. He was able to continue fighting even after taking severe damage from Bang, Bomb, and Genos in rapid succession along with recovering from such damage in seconds. Psykos is one of the main antagonists of the Monster Association Arc. As the second highest-ranking member of the Monster Association, Psykos has great authority over almost everyone and oversees the organization’s operations and activities, and as a Dragon-level threat.

Garou has a near-death experience that eventually pushes him to become a monster. He is the strongest monster right now surpassing Orochi.
4. Tatsumaki
Tatsumaki also known by her alias Tornado of Terror, is the S- class Rank 2 professional hero of the Hero Association. She is the most powerful esper in the series. Thanks to her impressive psychokinesis, she is capable of effortlessly stopping a very powerful bombardment attack from Boros’ giant spaceship as well as sending them back to the ship with the same force. Tatsumaki possesses extreme levels of speed and reflexes. She was fast enough to react to and save the other S-Class heroes from multiple missiles fired from Boros’s spaceship. She was also able to dodge multiple energy attacks from the fusion of Psykos and Orochi, an extremely powerful monster that can shoot energy beams that can cut through the Earth’s surface in seconds.
